Most hosting orders are provisioned automatically the moment payment clears.
Submitted to the registry automatically the moment payment is confirmed.
Applied instantly on our end; global propagation can take up to 48 hours.
Any order needing manual review is flagged and you're contacted directly.
Every Service HostyXo sells — hosting, domains, SSL, add-ons — is digital. There's no courier, no tracking number, nothing to physically ship. This page exists to answer the question we get most after checkout: "okay, so when does it actually show up?" Here's exactly how each Service is delivered and roughly how long it takes once your payment clears.
Nothing about what we sell arrives by post. "Delivery" here means your hosting account gets provisioned, your domain gets registered in the registry, or your add-on gets activated — all of it happens on our servers and shows up in your client area and inbox, not your mailbox.
The moment your bKash payment is confirmed, our system provisions the hosting account and emails your cPanel login to the address on file — usually within [X hours], and the same details show up in your client area under My Hostings the instant activation finishes. Most orders go through this whole process automatically with nobody on our end touching a button. The exception is an order that gets flagged for manual review, typically an anti-fraud check on a first-time order — those take a little longer, and we'll email you if yours is one of them.
New domain orders go to the registry automatically as soon as payment clears. Transfers are a different story — they depend on your current registrar releasing the domain and the new registry accepting it, following the same ICANN-mandated timelines every host has to work within, so submitting the request fast on our end doesn't shortcut the process.
From payment confirmation to the domain showing as active in the registry.
Governed by your losing registrar's release time and ICANN transfer rules.
If your plan included a free domain, it's registered in the same batch as your hosting account — you're not waiting twice. It follows the same timeframe as Section 2.
Changes you make to DNS records or nameservers from the client area take effect on our servers right away. What you can't control — and neither can we — is how fast that change ripples out across the wider internet's DNS caches; expect up to 24–48 hours for full global propagation, which is just how DNS works everywhere, not a HostyXo delay.
SSL certificates and licensed software add-ons are issued or activated within [X hours] of payment, and often instantly where the whole process is automated end to end.
Occasionally we need to take infrastructure offline briefly for security patches or upgrades. When that overlaps with a new order or activation, we schedule it for low-traffic hours and post a heads-up in the client area beforehand wherever we can plan it in advance.
Questions about when a specific order will land can go to hello@hostyxo.com or our Contact page.
