Our Process

How we'd get to know you

No five-round gauntlet. Four honest steps, and we move quickly through them.

1
Send us a noteTell us what you'd actually want to work on, and share anything you've built — a resume alone doesn't tell us much.
2
A real conversationWe talk through a problem we're actually dealing with right now, not textbook trivia questions.
3
A paid trial taskSmall, real, and paid — so you get a feel for us and we get a feel for you before anyone commits.
4
An honest answerNo dragged-out process. If it's a fit, we'll say so quickly — and if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
We're Hiring

Open positions

Two roles, open now. Apply below — takes a few minutes, and we actually read every one.

Support Engineer

৳[X],000–[X],000/month · based on experience
Full-timeBogura, BangladeshOn-site1–3 yrs experience

You'll be the person a customer talks to when their site goes down at the worst possible time — diagnosing cPanel, DNS, and server issues, and actually fixing them.

Reports directly to our support lead — a 3-person team today

Must-Have

  • Comfortable with Linux, cPanel/WHM, and basic DNS troubleshooting
  • Clear written English — you'll explain technical things to non-technical people
  • Patient under pressure — a downed site is stressful for the customer, not just you

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience at a hosting company or web agency
  • Basic WordPress troubleshooting experience

Systems / DevOps Engineer

৳[X],000–[X],000/month · based on experience
Full-timeBogura, BangladeshOn-site2+ yrs experience

You'll help keep the servers themselves fast and reliable — the infrastructure every customer's site actually runs on.

Reports directly to our founder — you'll own infrastructure decisions, not just execute them

Must-Have

  • Solid Linux administration experience (LiteSpeed/Apache, MySQL, basic networking)
  • Comfortable reading logs and root-causing an issue, not just restarting a service
  • Some scripting ability (bash, Python, or similar) for automating recurring tasks

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with WHM/cPanel server provisioning
  • Familiarity with backup automation and monitoring tools
Benefits

Common Questions

Hiring, answered

Yes — right now we're hiring for a Support Engineer and a Systems/DevOps Engineer, both listed above. We don't keep a big rotating job board beyond that; when a role isn't listed, it means we're not actively hiring for it yet.

Our team works out of our Bogura office. We're open to strong candidates from the surrounding area; a fully remote setup isn't something we've built out yet.

We've brought people on early in their career before, usually through direct outreach rather than a formal internship program. If you're a student or recent grad who's built something worth showing, send it over.

Support and systems/DevOps come up most often, since that's the core of running hosting infrastructure day to day — customer success and content roles occasionally too.

We try to move fast: a note, a conversation, a small paid trial task, then a decision. Weeks, not months.
